Eagle Property Management was established in 2007 to expand the scope of client services of our sister company, Aptcor Commercial and provide a more focused and specialized attention to property management effectively spinning off the management operation from the brokerage function.

Understanding the stated goals of the client and utilizing the most appropriate processes to realize those goals, while preserving the equity in the property and maximizing the net income to the client.
Our Process
We meet the client, understand their goals, both immediate and long term and suggest a course of action to accomplish those goals. We assist in the development of both an immediate operating budget, a leasing strategy and long term capital improvements budget.
